2021 Promotions Announced

Jeremiah Fairbank, AIA, LEED AP® was promoted to Senior Associate. Jeremiah is a designer, planner, and project manager supporting our Higher Education Studio. Jeremiah has designed flexible learning environments, laboratory spaces, state-of-the-art collaboration areas, and health science simulation suites. As a lab planner, specifically, he has designed student, graduate, and research spaces.

Manijeh Haeri, NCIDQ, LEED AP® was promoted to Associate. Manijeh has a diverse skill set established through an extensive professional career both as an Architectural Designer and Interior Designer. She has proven herself to be a valued member of both JMT Architecture’s Philadelphia and Cleveland Studios, and has served a wide range of markets including transportation, K-12 education, and higher education.

Jennifer Hensel, Assoc. AIA was promoted to Associate. Jennifer is well-versed in all elements of design including multi-media graphics, which sparked her interest in the profession while serving in the Active Army Reserve for eight years. As part of the Interior Design team, she brings specialties in medical surgery, urgent care, transportation, facilities, and corporate office design.

Kristen Urban, CID was promoted to Associate. Kristen is a talented and extremely versatile Interior Designer who has successfully completed projects in K-12 education, higher education, corporate, government, and healthcare markets. She believes in the power of functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors to transform a space for her clients and end-users. As an essential member of the Interior Design team, she is versatile in her approach and touches all JMT Architecture Studios.
